I seem to be going to rather a lot of festivals these past few weeks...well, two festivals.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland was very fun - our English class drove up Friday morning and arrived at our host university in the late afternoon, where we still had to walk for 20 minutes to find food. The food that we did find was good, though. On Saturday we saw a really good production of Coriolanus, and on Sunday we saw a really awesome production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, which is refreshing because I highly dislike that play in general.

Cherry Blossom Festival this weekend was also a ton of fun - my Zelda cosplay won third place in the cosplay contest, so I got to ride on the cosplay float in the parade (:XD:) and also got a nice haul of free stuff. I went with my friends from *Lunarloopcosplay and we had fun wandering around in Japantown in cosplay, getting stared at and taken pictures of :D Speaking of :iconlunarloopcosplay:, I'd like to point you there to see some cosplay photos, some of which are mine which I have not yet posted in this account. Go check them out!

The downside of wandering outside for nine or ten hours in cosplay is that I simultaneously froze my butt of AND got quite an awful (but interestingly shaped ;)) sunburn. I'm sore now from that armor, but I'll still keep wearing it to conventions because I just love pain.

There were no footprints, the leaves were still again, but I walked forward without thinking.

I could not do anything else. I had to keep moving. If I stopped looking for him, it was over.

Love, life, meaning... over.

Bus rides of doom! D=

o_O I'm so happy I had a huge coat. When I thought I was going to feel like I was baked in an oven, the coat was actually my life saver.

...But it got dirtier than I expected it to. Now I still have to find that dry cleaning place. XD

Oh yeah, CONGRATS on the 3rd place! I kept saying "that's awesome!" at the festival but I never actually congratulated you. XD

Yeah seriously. SF has such retarded weather. Oh hey, the sunburn on my shoulder started to bubble this morning. It was lovely.

Yes, unfortunately it is not a good idea to put fur in the washing machine, even if it is fake. I'm sure you'll get to collect another "wtf" look from the dry cleaning worker :D

I consider "that's awesome!" as synonymous with "congratulations." Thank you though :)

I was actually thinking more of manually washing my coat (WASHING MACHINE = EVIL) with my hands and cold water, but then I've never had to wash fur before, so I don't know if water will make the fur shed. ...D= Will it?

Ouch sunburn. It's interesting to freeze to death while getting sunburn at the same time.

...And, at this point, I'm hella used to getting "wtf" looks from people. XD Bart and bus rides were amusing.

Yeah...just pay for the dry cleaning. Hopefully Fanime won't be as dirty (considering that it is neither outside nor in San Fransisco. Downtown San Jose is clean, at least in the area we'll be in) so you won't have to clean it after every time you wear it.

Yeah, taking a shower this morning was a pretty painful ordeal... Hot water + sunburn = X_o

LoL indeed. Well, just think of it as making those bored civilians' day a little more interesting.
